What percentage of typical weight management program is diet?
We all know the importance of proper diet and adequate exercise to control weight. But what % is diet and what % is exercise? I've heard that, typically, it is 70 80 % DIET and 20 30 % FITNESS Cardio Weight training . Does that seem accurate? BTW I have lost 14 pounds since August 4th My peak weight was 196.8 lbs. My current weight is 182.6 lbs. I'm shooting for 170 175. I am just under 5'9 inches tall.

I'm 17 years old male . I am 5'10 and weigh 148 pounds. I work out almost every day lifting weights, running, stationary bike etc... I do not want to lose any more weight, however i also don't want to gain. Does this sound like a reasonable diet? Which is better for successful weight management?
I'm more of a one big meal a day then three normal meals...what would be better for permanent weight management? I'm trying to start young I'm 14 so that these habits will be second nature. So...portion control, moderately healthy foods, jogging.....or......one big meal which lasts me all day usually , healthyish foods, and jogging.
